A shared HubSpot environment serving more than 52 countries, with a common approach to data governance, access and platform development. countries on a shared CRM 52+ portals consolidated 21 → 1 Context Fragmented customer information, limited global visibility and high CRM costs across separate portals. Scope of work Integration design, participation in data migration, shared data architecture, modular permissions and technical leadership of the team responsible for the platform. Outcome 21 portals consolidated into one CRM, with improved visibility across markets, shared integrations and lower CRM costs. Context A complete HubSpot website with a technical structure that could support continued development. Scope of work Frontend implementation and optimisation, with ongoing advice on platform requirements and architecture decisions. Outcome An optimised website and continued technical support for its evolution. A development collaboration with HubSpot partner Leadstreet, supporting client websites and the growth of its technical team. Context Client requirements that extended beyond the CMS capabilities available at the time, including multilingual support. Scope of work Website development, solutions to platform constraints, support for new developers and the design of client processes.
